Description

Ferry from Stavanger to Tau, then corresponding bus from ferry quay to the Preikestolen Mountain Lodge, the starting point of the hike. Travelling time is approximately one hour. The hike is close to four kilometres along a well marked trail. Height difference is 350 metres. Estimated hiking time is four hours return trip. Total duration with transport is approximately eight hours.

Prices below are for the round trip - both bus and ferry included. The round trip ticket can be purchased in the tourist information in Stavanger or pre purchase online.

- Please see schedule for departure times

- Return ticket may be used for up to two days

IMPORTANT: Print two copies of the travel document to hand in on the ferry (outbound and return) for validation of the journey.
