Gyro’s head office is in Oslo, and we are also located in Stavanger, Kristiansand and Lillehammer. The Lillehammer office comprises the company Thue & Selvaag Forum; a PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) that offers consultancy, development of ideas, project management, participant and secretarial services, and assistance with the professional planning and execution of your conference or convention. We have acquired broad experience of planning and execution of national and international conferences and conventions over a period of 20 years. We work on events of every size, from 20 to 2,500 participants. Our expertise means that both organizer and participants experience an event that is well planned and well executed technically. Planning and work with the client are undertaken by a project team led by a dedicated project manager. The success of our participant service is due to a combination of modern, specially tailored technical solutions and service-oriented personnel. This is achieved by processing all registrations using a state of the art web-based conference system, and by our staff ensuring that each participant receives a high level of service.
