Automatic tolling, Nord-Jæren
The toll collection is automatic. Drive through without stopping. A photo will be taken of the licence plates. The immatriculation number will be controled against the motor vehicule registrer, and the car owner will receive a bill with no extra charges. This is also the case for foreign vehicules.
How to pay:
1) AutoPASS contract and electronic tag
Service stations (ESSO) and www.autopass.no offer AutoPASS contracts. You may choose a standard contract, or a contract in which records on passing data are deleted within 72 hours.
2) Visitor's payment
See www.autopass.no for credit card payment contract.
3) Payment at a service station
If you pass without an AutoPASS or Visitor's payment contract on your vehicle, the best option will be to pay at a service station (ESSO) within 3 working days.
4) Invoice per mail
If you pass without a valid tag, the license plates are registred. If none of the above mentioned payment options are chosen, an invoice will be sent to the owner of the vehicle within approximately 1-3 months after the first passing. This is also the case for foreign registrated vehicules.

Vehicles up to 3,5 tons: NOK 20
Vehicles above 3,5 tons: NOK 50
Motorbikes: free
